"I've got some corn and this corn has been smoked for a nice little extra flavor. What you want to do to get corn off the cob is just take a knife and just slice it off just like that. Then save this cob and put it in a stock for a soup.
This is an all natural chicken. They're what you'd call cutlets, nice and thin. We're going to dredge them in our flower here. Before we dredge that we want to season it, so we're going to come in there with a good bit of black pepper and some sea salt.

Whilst the steak's absorbing the stock, I'm going to make the gremolata. Lemon zest, parsley, capers, season, mix - so packed with flavor. Beef, carve, gremolata, sauce, olive oil.

Video : 9min 58sec. Tonight we are making Enchilada casserole for dinner. It's a great dish. We have ground beef here and this is very lean ground beef which is my personal choice.If you want to get hamburger of any kind that's fine, but be sure and drain any excess grease because you don't want to be eating a lot of grease.
I have 2 pounds here and I've sort of chunked it up so it will be started because when I brown it up on the stove I wanted to stir it continuously so it will be nice and crumbly and brown. I'm going to be browning it along with one onion that I have chopped into kitchen shopper. Combine that one chopped onion with hamburger meat.
Video: 2min 08sec. Here we have a Jicama. I don't the botanical name but it has something like pachydermus, you know like the elephant because of the tough skin. And that is exactly what the botanical name for the Jicama is.
Let's see how you handle that Jicama. Lets take some of this fiberous skin off. The thing is you should not use a peeler because it just exposes all that really really tough skin. Take this other tool and slice it so you have these kind of like thin strips.
Video: 4min:12sec Today we're gonna do a Vodka sauce for the barbecue. This is real easy to do.
You want to get yourself a quart of your favorite ketchup here. Put it in a black iron pan or a dutch kettle or whatever for the grill. You can do this on your kitchen stove beforehand.
Then what you want is a cup of apple cider vinegar. Add a little tartness to the sauce. Then, we only need a few spices. Here we're gonna use a tablespoon of ground Cumin and half a tablespoon of garlic powder.
Then I like to use about a table spoon of chili powder. Now we want to add some heat so I'll ad about a tablespoon of ground Cayenne pepper.Now get the juice of a whole lemon in there.

I'm gonna put some hot chili paste in there. And some orange juice. I've got some soy sauce and a little splash of fish sauce, which you can find, by the way - order it online. It's optional, but you should try to find it. And some garlic.
After it's all wisked up, we're going to go ahead and put in our meat.
I'm using a skirt steak here but any thinly sliced meat will work.
