Sanjay ThummaToday we are going to make Paneer Tikka Masala. Its everybody's favorite. In fact I made chicken Tikka Masala and I asked you guys check out the recipe and you can make Paneer Tika Masala the same way.

But, today I am going to make a slight variation, not much. For this Paneer Tikka Masala, I am going to marinate Paneer. For this, take some thick yogurt. If you don't have thick yogurt, you can always hang the yogurt in a muslim cloth that will remove of all the excess moisture.

Preparing Root Vegetables - Jicama Video: 2min 08sec. Here we have a Jicama. I don't the botanical name but it has something like pachydermus, you know like the elephant because of the tough skin. And that is exactly what the botanical name for the Jicama is.

Let's see how you handle that Jicama.  Lets take some of this fiberous skin off.  The thing is you should not use a peeler because it just exposes all that really really tough skin. Take this other tool and slice it so you have these kind of like thin strips.

I'm gonna put some hot chili paste in there. And some orange juice. I've got some soy sauce and a little splash of fish sauce, which you can find, by the way - order it online. It's optional, but you should try to find it. And some garlic.

After it's all wisked up, we're going to go ahead and put in our meat.

I'm using a skirt steak here but any thinly sliced meat will work.
