Today, we are making well-balanced bento using a cute bento box.

Let's prepare the ingredients for Bento.  Cut the cumber in half. Slice the cucumber into half moons. Put the cucumber in a bowl, add a pinch of salt, and toss to coat evenly.

Scrap off the skin of the potato with a knife.  Slice the potato into quarter moons. Make a cross shaped cut on the carrot. Thinly slice the carrot into quarter moons.

Vodka Sauce Video: 4min:12sec Today we're gonna do a Vodka sauce for the barbecue. This is real easy to do.

You want to get yourself a quart of your favorite ketchup here. Put it in a black iron pan or a dutch kettle or whatever for the grill. You can do this on your kitchen stove beforehand.

Then what you want is a cup of apple cider vinegar. Add a little tartness to the sauce. Then, we only need a few spices. Here we're gonna use a tablespoon of ground Cumin and half a tablespoon of garlic powder.

Then I like to use about a table spoon of chili powder. Now we want to add some heat so I'll ad about a tablespoon of ground Cayenne pepper.Now get the juice of a whole lemon in there.

Here's How to Carve a TurkeyToday I am here to show you how to Carve a Holiday Turkey. We've already taken the turkey out of the oven and let it rest for about 20 minutes. It's going to be lovely and juicy when we slice it.

We've removed all the strings, pulled out skewers and scooped out all the stuffing. We're going to pull the leg away from the body like this, slice to the skin down here, then keep pulling on the leg until we expose the hip socket. You can see it right here. When that ball pops outs of that socket, you can insert your knife tip right in there. And pull the leg cleanly away from the body.

How to Make Temaki Sushi (Japanese Hand Roll Sushi)Hello. Today, we are going to make fancy hand roll sushi.

Let's have her prepare for a sushi rice first. Slice the ginger thinly. Chop the sliced ginger into  fine pieces. Squeeze the roasted white sesame seeds to increase the flavor. Next you may blend in the vinegar for sushi rice, add the rice vinegar, sugar and salt. Mix well.

That fresh steamed rice is cooked with the Kombu Kelp. Remove the Kombu Kelp when you add the fine ginger pieces. Add the roasted white sesame seeds and blended rice vinegar. Lightly toss all the ingredients to coat with blended vinegar. That is it for the sushi rice.
