"I've got some corn and this corn has been smoked for a nice little extra flavor. What you want to do to get corn off the cob is just take a knife and just slice it off just like that. Then save this cob and put it in a stock for a soup.
This is an all natural chicken. They're what you'd call cutlets, nice and thin. We're going to dredge them in our flower here. Before we dredge that we want to season it, so we're going to come in there with a good bit of black pepper and some sea salt.
