Wonderful Place to Sit, Drink, and Eat.

Lambert's is probably the best restaurant in Taos. That could get me into some trouble in some quarters of the restaurant scene here. But I'd say that Lambert's has a special quality about it that is relaxing, firstly, and secondly tasty..., exceptionally tasty without being 'violently' tasty. I went there with Stacey H. and Hari the other night and had a delightful time just hanging out on the couches near the bar with Bloody Mary's and appetizers. Try the sliders - 3 to a plate and perfect for our group. Then some tacos - again, there are 3 to a plate. Hmmm. Very good. Well worth flying halfway around the world for. Try Lambert's main dining room and the high end treats there, too.
