Nicolas' Salads & Soups
One of the great new treats of Taos is Nicolas' Salads & Soups opened up by Annie & Jay Powell just south of Taos Plaza on the west side of the road across from McDonald's. Nicolas' Salads & Soups offers an All-You-Can-Eat salad & soup bar as well as sandwiches made to order. This is family style eating with terrific sandwiches and saleds, making Nicolas' Salads & Soups a great place for lunch or a very laid back dinner. Annie & Jay also operate the very successful Taos Diner in El Prado, just to the north of town.
Guadalajara Grill
Guadalajara Grill is nuts it's so good. There are two Guadalajara Grille's in the Taos Restaurant scene. There's a Guadalahara Grill on the north side, in El Prado. There's a Guadalahara Grill on the south side, near Ranchos de Taos. How's that for convenient?
The food is old Mexico style and the atmosphere is very real. And the food is pure and fresh and just plain good.
Everyone in Taos loves the Guadalajara Grill. You will too.
