Hello, today we are going to make katsu curry which is Japanese curry with Tonkatsu.

O.K. let's have chopped the whole onion into to rough pieces. Make cuts like the spokes of the wheel and leave the root attached. Rotate the onion and make cuts perpendicular to the first cuts.

Next let's cut the half onion into one inch pieces. Cut the onion into six wedges. Next three cuts perpendicular to the first cut. Cut the stem of  the egg plant and trim off the cap. Partially peel the  egg plant in a stripped pattern. Roughly chop it into rolling wedges.

Halve the bell pepper in half. Remove that seeds from inside, chop it into one-inch pieces,

Remove that peel from the apple. Soak the apple into salt water. Grade the carrot forcefully. Grade the garlic and grade the ginger.
