Pico de  Gallo Fast, easy and so refreshing a wonderful little dish that pairs well with so many entrees

Hi I am Maria, and I love to cook. And I making a really fast, delicious Pico De Gallo to serve with my grilled chicken quesadillas tonight.

So to get started, I have a lime. And I'm going to go ahead and juice the lime, one lime.  I've already diced into very fine dice, three red tomatoes and a half of a large purple onion. You can also use a white onion.

And I'm just going to get the juice of my lime to add to my tomatoes and onions.

I've also finely chopped egg, a clove of garlic and I have some cilantro which I am going to chop now. And I have the requisite Jaleno pepper. So what I want to do is just get everything chopped very finely and then I'm going to combine all the ingredients. Add some salt and black pepper. And about a tablespoon of olive oil.
