Preparing Delicious Chicken Parmesan

Chicken ParmesanTonight I am making a very easy Chicken Parmesan. So I have non-stick skillet to which I have added some butter. And I have some a thin chicken breasts that I dredged in flour and then dipped in beaten egg and then, dipped in breadcrumbs mixed with one part breadcrumbs and one part grated Parmesan cheese, a little bit of garlic powder, about a teaspoon, and about a teaspoon of dried oregano.

I'm not going to crowd these, I'm just going to get this nice and golden brown on both sides over medium heat in my butter skillet.

When they are gorgeous and golden brown, I flip them and I let them cook to the same beautiful texture on the other side. And then I am going to layer in a thin layer of tomatoes, a little bit of tomatoes on top, some mozzarella, pop them under the broiler and serve them up with a simple salad.

The broilers on and I am just going ahead to make one of these for now. Because I am actually going to eat dinner later with my husband but my daughter is hungry now. So I am going to take some diced tomatoes in basil and oregano and just spoon them on the bottom of a broil pan, so that I don't have to worry about clean up, that I spray-coated with some cooking spray and I am going to take one of my breaded cooked chicken breasts and going to spoon some of the sauce right on top of it and then I am going to put some mozzarella cheese on top, a lot, because my daughter likes cheese and I am going to pop this under the broiler until the cheese melts and I am going to serve it up with some salad. You can sprinkle dried oregano if you want or some fresh oregano or just leave as it is.

Absolutely gorgeous super easy Chicken Parmesan put it up with some cucumber and some tomatoes.
