Tender boneless beef short ribs slow cooked in a Chianti wine sauce. We're gonna cook a great dish - Chianti Braised Short Ribs. This dish was inspired from the Culinary Institute in Tuscany.... We're gonna start first with our fresh extra virgin olive oil.We just gonna coat the bottom of the pan.

 
Slowly, as the olive oil is warming up, we're gonna season our short ribs. You can find in your local grocery store..., what you need to do is get the butcher to cut to your specifications - for a great meal your family's really gonna enjoy.
