Antonio Mares is one of those magic chefs serving very tasty food that cannot be found anywhere else in Taos. Interesting cuisine that comes from the heart of Mexico. Antonio's began in the El Torreon Hacienda in El Prado.

After a few years his operation shifted to Ranchos de Taos. Now, Antonio has opened his new restaurant in the center of Taos, near Taos Plaza right near Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
