The Gorge Bar & Grill features a full bar, and entrees like 12oz Thick Cut Rib Eye or 16oz "gorge Cut" Rib Eye, both with blue cheese mashed potatoes, sauteed green beans & chimichurri sauce, or Keido's BBQ Pork Ribs with sweet potato frites, apple cider slaw, house-made spicy gorge BBQ sauce, Roasted Herb Half Chicken with pan roasted Greek potatoes, sauteed green beans, carmelized onion pan sauce, and last but not least, Grilled Atlantic Salmon with pan roasted Greek potatoes,wilted greens, sauteed carrots, lemon-herb compound butter.
