Video 2min:50sec Make your own Asian barbecue sauce/marinade. We're going to make our own sauce here, so I've got some brown sugar, and some rice vinegar.
I'm gonna put some hot chili paste in there. And some orange juice. I've got some soy sauce and a little splash of fish sauce, which you can find, by the way - order it online. It's optional, but you should try to find it. And some garlic.
After it's all wisked up, we're going to go ahead and put in our meat.
I'm using a skirt steak here but any thinly sliced meat will work.
