Vodka Sauce Video: 4min:12sec Today we're gonna do a Vodka sauce for the barbecue. This is real easy to do.

You want to get yourself a quart of your favorite ketchup here. Put it in a black iron pan or a dutch kettle or whatever for the grill. You can do this on your kitchen stove beforehand.

Then what you want is a cup of apple cider vinegar. Add a little tartness to the sauce. Then, we only need a few spices. Here we're gonna use a tablespoon of ground Cumin and half a tablespoon of garlic powder.

Then I like to use about a table spoon of chili powder. Now we want to add some heat so I'll ad about a tablespoon of ground Cayenne pepper.Now get the juice of a whole lemon in there.

Asian Barbecue Sauce and Marinade Video 2min:50sec Make your own Asian barbecue sauce/marinade. We're going to make our own sauce here, so I've got some brown sugar, and some rice vinegar.

I'm gonna put some hot chili paste in there. And some orange juice. I've got some soy sauce and a little splash of fish sauce, which you can find, by the way - order it online. It's optional, but you should try to find it. And some garlic.

After it's all wisked up, we're going to go ahead and put in our meat.

I'm using a skirt steak here but any thinly sliced meat will work.
